SMB Property Consultancy was founded in 2011 and provides a wide range of clients in the private and public sectors with pragmatic professional advice on property matters with a strong bias towards development of both residential and commercial property. This advice covers all aspects of the development process through from site search and acquisition, feasibility, planning and design, tender and construction ultimately to disposal by letting or sale. Whilst principally covering Norfolk and Suffolk projects much further afield are dealt with when client need requires.

The founder of the business is Stuart Bizley BSc MRICS a Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years of experience. Before establishing the business, he worked in commercial private practice in Norwich until the mid-1990’s when he moved into property development and investment. Although based in Norfolk he has led on a wide range of development and investment projects across the country stretching from Inverness to the West Country.  Stuart’s wide knowledge and experience has led to him being appointed as a Non-Executive Director of two local authority backed development companies namely Big Sky Developments Ltd and Breckland Bridge Ltd.
