
Poplar Farm
Poplar Farm is a 150-acre strategic urban extension to the Lincolnshire market town of Grantham where act as the client lead on the project on behalf of the joint land owners, The Norwich Hub and the Buckminster Estate. The site has planning for up to 1800 homes along with associated infrastructure, local centre, school and public open space. So far 670 homes have been delivered with land sales to David Wilson Homes, Barratt and Bellway as well as a 70-unit affordable home scheme delivered by a partnership between Longhurst and Lace with the principal site infrastructure being delivered by the landowners.

Twells Business Park
We act for the landowners in providing strategic development advice as well acting as the selling agent for this 50-acre business park site situated adjacent to the A11 in the Cambridge Norwich Tech Corridor.

St Giles Park
Acting on behalf of Big Sky Living we led on the complicated acquisition of this prime residential development site on southern outskirts of Norwich which included securing £7.8m of funding from Homes England. We remain actively involved in the delivery of this 350-home unit scheme working as an integral part of the Big Sky team.

Research Park
Through our working relationship with Big Sky we acted in the acquisition of a site for the construction 2500m2 new R&D facility which reached practical completion in
February 2021

We carried out a site search and subsequent purchase negotiation on behalf of Norwich Instrument Services for their new headquarters building located on Broadland Business Park Norwich
